DEL NORTE—Rio Grande Hospital & Clinics is having a trunk or treat on Halloween from 4-6 p.m. at the hospital in Del Norte. Anyone is invited to participate in the event. Participation is free; just decorate a vehicle and distribute candy and/or promotional trinkets to the attending children. This event is a great way for the community to get together for a safe event while promoting organizations/businesses.
