CREEDE—Remember to attend the health fair at the new Creede School (450 Corsair Dr.) this Saturday from 7 to 11 a.m.  Anyone 18 years old or older can participate.
In addition to many free screenings and information booths there will be low cost screenings, including:
Cardio IQ and health screen ($80);
Vitamin D screening ($45);
Vitamin B12 & Folate ($40);
Celiac/Gluten intolerance test ($40);
HealthScreen for 32 organ functions/cholesterol lipid panel/TSH/Iron Ferritin ($35);
hsCardio CRP test ($30);
Prostate Specific Antigen (Men only) ($30);
Hemoglobin A1c test ($30);
Insure FIT colon kit ($25); and
Complete blood count ($20).
Cash and checks are the only accepted methods of payment.
Fasting for 12 hours is recommended before having blood drawn but diabetics should not fast and prescription medication should be taken as prescribed.  Black coffee is permitted during the fasting period and plenty of water should be consumed.
